Last updated 5 November 2026

This site is the portfolio of Andrew UGC, a one-person UGC business. I’m Andrew, I’m responsible for any personal data handled here, and you can reach me at [email protected]. The short version: no cookies, no ad tracking, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites; I only see totals such as page views, countries, devices and which site sent the visit.

Watching videos

Videos are hosted on Vimeo and load only when you press play. The player is set to Vimeo’s “do not track” mode, so it does not set tracking cookies or record your viewing, though Vimeo still receives the technical data needed to stream the video.

Getting in touch

If you email me, I receive your name, address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply and to work with you; that is the legal basis (taking steps towards a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Mail to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare to Google’s Gmail, where it is stored. If you book a call, Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own policies.

How long data is kept

Emails are kept as long as needed for our conversation and any work together, and for as long as the law requires for business records. Ask me any time to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email [email protected] and I will reply within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Lithuania that is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
